**Cancellation Policy** To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and manage our schedules effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Window**: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before their scheduled time without incurring a fee. 2. **Late Cancellation Fees**: For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. 3. **No-Shows and No Calls**: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice or do not call to cancel will be charged full price and banned from booking future services. 24-Hour Lash Policy Clients have 24 hours after their appointment to report any unusual shedding or concerns. After 24 hours, all fixes require booking the 7-Day Lash Touch-Up. No complimentary corrections will be provided outside of the 24-hour window. Proper aftercare (washing, brushing, no oils/steam, no picking or pulling) is required. Failure to follow aftercare voids any corrections.
